Each commercial drone flight we make is in accordance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority's laws. To ensure that we comply with these laws,
and moreover to ensure the safety of the public and our clients, we enforce our company terms and conditions which are applicable to each and every flight.
Planning and preparation is required for the safety of people and property, CloudVisual reserves the right to refuse jobs without sufficient notice.
CloudVisual cannot be held liable for the weather. We advise all clients in advance to ensure that the weather is suitable for their project.
Unless otherwise authorised by the CASA, we will not fly above 400ft (Above Ground Level) or outside of a visual line of sight of the drone Pilot. These approvals require 30 days.
Our Remote Operators Certificate is held in accordance with an agreed Operations Manual. We cannot legally work against any rules set out in this manual. The pilot will inform the client if anything is likely to breach these rules.
The Pilot's Decision is Final
If at any time the Pilot feels that the flight will risk injury to persons or property, the flight will be cancelled. A full explanation for this decision will be given.
All payment terms are set at 14 days from invoicing (unless agreed otherwise). Late payments will incur a charge of 10% of the total invoice, per calendar month.
The Author of the Imagery grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive use to reproduce the Imagery supplied.
We encourage all prospective clients to employ the services of a video grading and editing team to work with their footage.
Whilst we can grade and edit footage to a respectable level, we cannot be held liable for any losses due to our editing abilities.
Flight Planning & Locations
We will calculate the amount of time required for each project, should extra time be required charges will be incurred. Multi site flights must be confirmed and agreed upon. Any extra sites which were not agreed, will incur extra charges.
